An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending a Specific Plan on property located at 5901 California Avenue, at the southeast corner of 60th Avenue North and California Avenue, zoned SP (8.12 acres), to permit a mixed-use development, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2023SP-009-002).
