Thom Druffel has served as Nashville Metro Council Member for District 23 (West Nashville) since September 2019. He holds committee assignments on Budget and Finance Committee and Rules, Confirmations, and Public Elections Committee, and is a member of the Veterans Caucus. Druffel has an extensive professional background in hospitality management, having worked as general manager of Holiday Inn Vanderbilt since 2002 and as Director of Hospitality and Instructor at Nashville State Community College, and has been actively involved in education initiatives including helping build The Academies for Metro Nashville Public Schools.
