RESOLUTION

RS2026-2330

Passed

A solar energy facility at the Nashville Fairgrounds would be connected to the NES grid and sell its electricity back to NES, with the credit applied to the Fairgrounds' electric bill. The agreements set up how the solar power gets delivered, metered, and priced, and give NES the right to inspect and temporarily disconnect the system if needed. The 20-year deal renews automatically for five more years unless one side gives at least six months' notice to end it.
