BL2026-1610

Public hearing Feb 2

When a property's zoning map is being changed, the city would be required to mail notices not just to property owners but to every dwelling unit on and within 1,000 feet of the subject parcel. For multi-family properties and mobile home parks included in a rezoning, the applicant would also have to post a sign at each entrance to the property. These changes would take effect January 1, 2028.
