Department of Justice, acting by and through the Office of Justice Programs, to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO), to serve women with histories of substance abuse disorder who are housed in DCSO facilities during their period of incarceration and upon reentry into the community.
