RESOLUTION

RS2026-2375

Resolution

This locks in two cost-sharing deals with the state to rebuild and improve Cowan Street, Marine Drive, and James Robertson Parkway on the East Bank. For the Cowan Street and Marine Drive work—including replacing I-24 bridges, extending Marine Drive, and installing a major stormwater line—Nashville's share is up to $104 million of the $208 million total. For James Robertson Parkway, which would be repaved and lowered from Victory Memorial Bridge to Interstate Drive, Nashville's share is capped at $119 million of the $185 million total, paid in installments.
