An ordinance to authorize building material restrictions and requirements for BL2026-1347, a proposed Specific Plan Zoning District for properties located at 900, 904, 910, 912, 914 and 916 8th Avenue South, and 901, 909, 911, 913, 915, 917, 919, 921, 923 and 925 Bass Street, approximately 240 feet south of Interstate 40 East, zoned SP (3.05 acres), to permit 365 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2019SP-016-003). THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
