An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from OR20 to SP zoning for property located at 100 Kenner Avenue, approximately 315 feet northeast of Ridgefield Drive (0.34 acres), and located within the Harding/White Bridge Urban Design Overlay, to permit a mixed use development, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026SP-006-001).
