An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS5 to R6-A zoning for properties located at 1728 and 1730 Arthur Avenue, approximately 320 feet southeast of Buchanan Street, zoned RS5 (0.28 acres) and within a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026Z-054PR-001).
