An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS10 to SP zoning for property located at 4465 LaVergne Couchville Pike, approximately 97 feet south of Rockland Trail (5.01 acres), to permit a maximum of 10 single family or two-family dwelling units, all of which is described herein.
