An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from CF to SP zoning on property located at 300 McCann Street at the northwest corner of McCann Street and 3rd Avenue South (0.69 acres), to permit 311 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein.
