An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS15 to SP zoning for property located at 6114 North New Hope Road, approximately 352 feet north of Central Pike (3.0 acres), to permit 44 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein.
