View Road and Mt. View Road (unnumbered), at the western corner of Mt. View Road and Rural Hill Road (57.22 acres), and within a Planned Unit Development District, to permit a mixed-use development, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2024SP-028-001). THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
