Olivia Hill serves as an At-Large Member of the Nashville Metro Council, elected in September 2023. She is a Navy combat veteran who served for 10 years in the engineering division and spent over 26 years at Vanderbilt University's power plant, rising to Senior Supervisor managing a 24/7 operation with a budget over $100 million. On the Council, she chairs the Government Operations and Regulations Committee, serves on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, and chairs the District Energy System Advisory Board.
